Our Work
At Fit and Fabulous Mommy Club Global, we are dedicated to empowering women and supporting communities around the world. This year, our focus is on several exciting projects, including building an eco empowerment village, launching a trade school for young mothers, and offering fairtrade pads for purchase. We are also thrilled to be drilling two new boreholes/water wells in the village, providing much-needed access to clean water.

We believe that access to clean water is one of the most basic yet powerful tools for promoting health and wellness, and we're proud to be able to help provide it to those in need. Eco Empowerment Village
Our objective is to create an eco-empowerment village that will offer a range of sustainable support and opportunities for growth to the women we serve. This village will include facilities such as eco-friendly housing, community gardens, skills training workshops, and mentorship programs, aiming to empower women in various aspects of their lives.

The Breath of Life is a free wellness clinic dedicated to teaching and helping women discover self-love and inner peace in a community of sisterhood. Our clinic is designed to nourish you in mind, body, and spirit. From free ultrasounds & period health to nutritional coaching, we've got it covered on all aspects of wellness. Join a movement of women dedicated to prioritizing health and well-being.

Our essential mission is to put an end to period poverty by distributing vital period products to women in need and providing them with the knowledge and resources to craft their own reusable period pads. By doing so, we aim to create a sustainable and long-lasting impact within the villages and communities we are dedicated to serving.
