We work diligently with communities, businesses, and Mothers around the world, planting intentional seeds of empowerment and spreading knowledge, and when cultivated properly, those seeds transform lives and reshape the future.

The success we seek in underserved communities is dependent on the strength of generous donors, ongoing volunteerism, and the efficacy of each helping hand, all of which play a critical role in eradicating disparities in women’s healthcare and financial poverty.

Our Story

Fit and Fabulous Mommy Club Global (FFMCG) began more than 15 years ago, with a simple yet powerful mission: to support moms across the Atlanta area. Founded by Candice Diane, this movement was born from a desire to uplift mothers, providing them with the resources, community, and strength needed to thrive in the beautiful chaos of motherhood.

But as the years went on, God revealed a larger, divine mission to Candice. What started as a local initiative grew into a global mission. Today, FFMCG reaches beyond city limits, empowering mothers, women and children around the world. From free health care clinics that provide essential services to eradicating period poverty, FFMCG has become a beacon of hope for those facing challenges.

The organization’s impact doesn’t stop there. FFMCG teaches valuable education, trades and skills, enabling mothers & women to achieve financial independence and self-reliance. Moreover, through initiatives like building wells for clean water in underserved villages, FFMCG touches lives in ways that promote both physical well-being and long-term sustainability.

At its core, FFMCG is about more than just services—it’s about transformation. By equipping mothers, women and children with the tools they need to succeed, we continue to live out our mission of creating a world where every mother, woman, and young girl has the opportunity to stand firmly in equality and flourish.

Visioner, Mom & Advocate

Candice Diane

Our founder, Candice Diane, has made it her life goal to champion the advancement of women’s health. She has served in various ways and done many things to ensure women’s short-term and long-term needs are met.

She has managed FFMCG for over twelve years, supplying basic needs for mothers and their children, such as clean water projects (overseeing the drilling of bore holes in African nations) and providing micro business loans to widowed mothers. She has traveled to various African countries and served as a missionary in several communities.

Sheri Banner, Board Member

Sheri Banner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland, University College and currently serves as a Human Resources Consultant for the City of Peoria. With a passion for fostering an environment of teamwork, fairness, and respect, Sheri is dedicated to uplifting both employees and the community of Peoria. Her commitment to giving back is evident in her role as a distinguished speaker, having delivered commencement addresses at Brookline College and inspired audiences at Career Connectors, Workforce Connections, and other mentoring organizations. Sheri also actively volunteers at St. Mary’s Food Bank, where she contributes her time and energy to supporting those in need. Since 2010, Sheri has proudly served as the Secretary for Fit and Fabulous Mommy Club Global (FFMCG), where she empowers mothers worldwide to achieve success in their minds, bodies, and finances. Her unwavering dedication to community service and mentorship makes her a dynamic leader and advocate for positive change.

Susan Deku, PM/Village Liason (Ghana)

Born on May 17, 1984, Susan Dzigbordi Deku—affectionately known as Suzzy—is a dynamic advocate and project manager for Fit and Fabulous Mommy’s Club Global. A proud mother and natural leader, she takes pride in her ability to manage projects, events, and public relations functions with precision and simplicity. Suzzy excels in providing vital administrative support to top management, seamlessly bridging the gap between leadership and staff to ensure smooth operations across all levels of an organization. Her passion for community service extends beyond her professional role; she is a dedicated volunteer in various fields, always eager to lend her expertise and time to make a meaningful difference. With a heart for helping others and a talent for effective communication, Suzzy plays an integral role as a village liaison, championing causes that uplift communities and empower those around her.

Sylvia Taylor, Board Member

Sylvia Taylor grew up in Greenwood, Mississippi, as the only girl among three brothers. Despite facing challenges, she graduated from Mississippi Valley State University with a degree in Computer Science, becoming the first in her family to do so. A teenage mother at 19, Sylvia didn’t let that stop her from achieving her goals. After college, she moved to Atlanta to pursue her passion for fashion, designing as a hobby. She even wore one of her own designs in the Ms. Nevada United States 2015 pageant, where she was crowned. As an advocate for STEM education, Sylvia encourages minorities and young women to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Today, she works as an Information Technology Project Manager and runs her own consulting firm, Taylor Strategic Consulting Group. Despite facing homelessness and other struggles, Sylvia remains dedicated to empowering others and making a positive impact every day.
